GNDD CONSTRUCTION is a licensed,insured and bonded, general contractor company, specializing in high-end remodeling, renovations for real estate investors and new construction projects.
GNDD was established in 2014 by the joined forces of the founding partners, Gaia & Nick, with the main goal of
focusing on the specific needs of every client in order to achieve a full spectrum of services and high quality results for each unique project.
GNDD has had the opportunity to work with many international investors and second home owners, thus realizing the necessity of providing full service from the beginning of the design process to the completion of the furnished and decorated property; we are partnered with a licensed architect,engineer and permit expediter consultants - to quickly and professionally assist our clientele in a stress-free design and construction process.
GNDD has built, solid relationships with quality sub-contractors, vendors and design consultants, in order to provide our customer with the most competitive pricing, high quality materials and on-time delivery.
Gaia Sonzogni, Founder and CFO of GNDD, graduated from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, with a Masters Degree in Architecture and started her first job as s designer and construction manager in 2009 for the family owned company, Country House Srl, residential construction developers. Since 2014, she has been working in Miami with internationally known interior design firms such as Avant Design Group and Michael Wolk Design Associates, developing her project managing skills on high end projects.
Nicola "Nick" Pedrini, CEO and Founder of GNDD, has over 15 years experience in the construction industry: graduated from IT Pacioli, Italy, with a Diploma in "Construction planning and environment", Nick moved to Miami in 2012 when he was hired as a Project Manager for IT DESIGN. Nick's field experience and technical education, gives him the insight to quickly solve any unforeseen obstacles and his highly skilled professionalism, brings all the best of the Italian construction tradition to Miami.
